Eligibility for Return or Exchange
We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:

The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect

A return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery

The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition

Original tags, packaging, and invoice must be intact
Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
How to Raise a Return Request
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support with:

Once the request is approved, further instructions will be shared.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Products purchased during sale or at discounted prices

Customized or altered products

Products damaged due to misuse, washing, or improper handling
Minor color variations due to lighting, screen resolution, or photography are not considered defects.
Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only after the returned product passes quality inspection

Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method IN 7-10 DAYS

Refund processing time is 7–10 business days after product approval
Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect product.
Exchange Policy

Exchanges are subject to product availability

If the requested size or product is unavailable, a refund will be issued

- EXCHANGE DELIVERY WILL BE DONE 7 TO 10 DAYS
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement.
Once an order is shipped or processed, cancellation is not permitted.
